IRMR3 TEST

An inventory of professional interests

The purpose of the IRMR3 is to investigate people’s fundamental interests in order to help them draw up a professional project (training, career path, occupation).

The test is used in educational and vocational guidance programs (assessments, retraining, mobility), as well as for self-knowledge and personal development.

The questionnaire can be used by guidance and integration professionals, guidance counselors, psychologists and teachers trained in guidance.

Realistic

A realist prefers jobs with a strong manual and technical component.

Investigative

An investigative person enjoys observational and analytical activities, solving problems, and appreciates intellectually stimulating environments.

Artistic

An artistic person is called by activities that encourage the expression of imagination and creativity.

Social

The social type is altruistic, sociable and attaches great importance to the feelings of others.

Enterprising

An enterprising person loves to impose his or her ideas, influence others and seeks to occupy a position of leadership.

Conventional

A conventional person tends to be organized, seeking out stable, structured environments in which they fit in well.

THE RESULTS

Two types of reports

The person’s results give rise to a report that provides a quick overview of the person’s interests. It consists of two parts:

A section for the person being assessed

  • A methodology for reading and interpreting results
  • A 1st profile corresponding to the 6 general types of the Holland model
  • A 2nd profile that refines the 1st profile, based on 12 specific professional interests
  • Defining the 6 general types and 12 specific interests
  • Examples of professions for each specific interest
