A PROFESSIONAL INTEREST TEST

Identify and analyze interest centers and motivations

The term “interest” inherently includes the notion of intentionality and willingness.

Interests are one of the components of the broad domain of motivations and concern the general direction of behavior.

The two proposed inventories are directly inspired by research on interests conducted by John Holland and are based on his RIASEC typology.

This typology can be used with various audiences and in different contexts:

  • personal development initiatives
  • career change
  • educational orientation
  • self-awareness development
  • coaching and support practices

A LOGICAL ANALYSIS TEST

Identify and analyze logical reasoning capabilities

Based on problem situations using playing card representations as a non-verbal medium, the goal is to find the characteristics (suit and value) of the card that completes a given sequence.

This test falls under the general intelligence factor (g factor), specifically fluid intelligence (general ability to process complexity), considered a core competence in cognitive functioning, relatively independent of cultural contexts and acquired knowledge.

This test can be used with all audiences in the context of:

  • selection and recruitment procedures,
  • entry into training programs
  • skills assessments & orientation assessments
  • supplemental to academic evaluations
  • support in a psycho-educational approach

A PERSONALITY TEST

Assessment of personality in a work context or study situation

The T-Persona test was designed based on research on personality (the Big Five) and professional interests developed by John Holland.

It meets a demand expressed by counseling and assessment practitioners: to use a scientifically validated test with a reasonable completion time not exceeding 15/20 minutes.

T-Persona offers easily understandable items and is aimed at anyone over the age of 16.

This test can be used with various audiences and in different contexts:

  • recruitment
  • professional and educational orientation
  • personal development and coaching
  • competency assessments
