The two proposed inventories are directly inspired by research on interests conducted by John Holland and are based on his RIASEC typology.
This typology can be used with various audiences and in different contexts:
A LOGICAL ANALYSIS TEST
Identify and analyze logical reasoning capabilities
Based on problem situations using playing card representations as a non-verbal medium, the goal is to find the characteristics (suit and value) of the card that completes a given sequence.
This test falls under the general intelligence factor (g factor), specifically fluid intelligence (general ability to process complexity), considered a core competence in cognitive functioning, relatively independent of cultural contexts and acquired knowledge.

A PERSONALITY TEST
Assessment of personality in a work context or study situation
The T-Persona test was designed based on research on personality (the Big Five) and professional interests developed by John Holland.
It meets a demand expressed by counseling and assessment practitioners: to use a scientifically validated test with a reasonable completion time not exceeding 15/20 minutes.
T-Persona offers easily understandable items and is aimed at anyone over the age of 16.
